Yes, the welcome party will be held the evening before the wedding on August 14th.
The party will begin with a ride through the historic Astoria riverwalk on the riverfront trolley and end with a dinner at Bridgewater Bistro.
Meet us at the Basin Street Stop before 5:30PM for the trolley ride. Address and details are also on the Details page.
Our wedding will take place on August 15, 2026 at 4:30pm. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
To ensure everyone has plenty of time to park, shuttle (if needed), and get settled before the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all guests arrive by 4:15 PM.
We kindly ask that if you arrive after the ceremony has started, you wait until it has concluded before joining us.
Our ceremony will be held on Sunset Beach in Warrenton, OR. An exact location will be shared on August 1st, 2026.
After the ceremony, we’ll celebrate together at our home, just a five-minute drive away.
We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. For fun, we'd love to see ocean-inspired touches in your outfit.
For women: Midi or maxi dresses, skirt/top combos, or chic jumpsuits. Colors and patterns are encouraged, but please no white. Since both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, wedges, block heels, or dressy flats are recommended.
For men: Lightweight suits or dress pants paired with a button-down shirt; ties are optional. Please no jeans. Loafers or dress shoes are encouraged.
